A figure has moved
This is the message we most want to receive. Chinese ticket prices, opening windows and park rules change, often without an English-language announcement.
If you have just been somewhere we cover and found something different, tell us the place, the figure you saw and the date you saw it. A photograph of the ticket or the posted board is ideal. We update the guide and move its check date, so other readers can see exactly what changed.
What we cannot help with
We are not a travel agency. We do not book tickets, hotels or tours, arrange visas, or intervene with an operator on your behalf while you are travelling — we have no on-the-ground assistance or intervention service of any kind.
We do not sell or ship equipment or gear, and we do not prepare quotes or cost estimates for a trip, a booking or any other service. The figures on this site are published for information, not as a price we can honour.
In short: we publish information, and that is the only thing we provide. Messages asking for anything beyond that — a booking, an intervention, a purchase or a quote — are the only ones we do not answer.
Press, rights and legal
Use the form above and pick Rights, press or legal as the subject. It reaches the same desk and it gets there faster than post.

We publish a form rather than an address or a telephone number, because a published address is harvested within days and the desk is a small one. Where our address has to appear for legal reasons it appears as a picture, with the readable value in its alt text:
